The Liberated Life is for women who are done with insight alone and ready for something to actually change.

This is live, 1:1 work, rooted in psychosynthesis. We work with what's actually happening for you — in the room and between sessions. We don't just talk about the patterns, we work with them as they're showing up, so change lands in the body, not just the head.

The sessions are 60 minutes, held online. Between sessions you have WhatsApp voice note support, for when the work is moving in real time and you need an anchor.

After you submit the form below, I respond within 48 hours and we arrange a 45-minute conversation, unhurried and with no obligation. If there is a fit, I will recommend a path forward for you.

You don't need more information. You need someone to walk the process with you, and hold the thread when the resistance to change shows up.

I work with psychosynthesis - a depth approach that draws on parts work, somatic awareness and identity-level change. This isn't goal-setting or fixing surface behaviours. It's finding out which part of you has actually been running the show and starting to work with it rather than around it.

I specialise in the gap between insight and embodied change. I'll hold the vision for you when you can't hold it yourself, and notice when the resistance is the most important thing in the room.

I've done this work myself. I know what it's like to have a life that looks right from the outside and feel completely disconnected from it on the inside. That's not an abstraction for me.

What’s Included

One 90-minute deep-dive kick-off session to map where you are and what we're working with.

Eleven 60-minute 1:1 sessions via Zoom, plus personalised notes after each call with observations, prompts and next steps.

WhatsApp voice note support throughout — real-time guidance for when the work is moving and you need an anchor between sessions.

Sessions are recorded so you can revisit and integrate at your own pace.

The Three Phases

Phase 1: Underneath the autopilot

We go beneath the surface patterns — the intellectualising, the freeze, the part that dives in and then disappears. Not to pathologise them, but to understand what they've been protecting. You start to separate yourself from the patterns so you're no longer completely inside them.

Phase 2: Finding the ground

You’ll learn what it feels like to make decisions from a grounded place, not from the automated loop, not from what you were conditioned to believe life should look like. We work on accessing what you actually want, not just what you can rationally conclude you should want.

Phase 3: Making it stick

This is where the rewiring happens. Through repetition, through real situations as they arise, through building the muscle to catch yourself in the moment and choose something different. Not white-knuckling new habits into place, actually changing the response at the level where it lives in the body.

The investment is £2,400.
