Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma, supporting mental health and navigating psychological disorders. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-oriented. It supports growth, integration, and conscious change — especially when you're ready to take insight and turn it into aligned action.

    That said, psychosynthesis-informed coaching (like mine) goes beyond surface-level goal setting. We explore the parts of you that get in the way of your truth, including sub-personalities that may have formed in childhood or through challenging experiences. This work can be deep and sometimes vulnerable, but the focus is always on helping you build more self-leadership, not pathologising your past.

    If something comes up that feels like it would benefit from therapeutic attention, I’ll always name that with care and refer you to trusted professionals in my network.

  • Yes. While this is not trauma therapy, I work with a trauma-aware, nervous system-sensitive approach. That means we move at your pace, stay choiceful in the work, and ground insight through the body, not just the mind.

  • People who are emotionally intelligent and self-aware, but know there’s deeper work to do. Whether you’re exploring alternative relationships, navigating inner conflict or seeking to show up more clearly in love and life, this work helps you find clarity from the inside out.

  • Not at all. Some clients come straight into coaching. Others start with a workshop and then realise they want a more tailored, 1:1 experience. Wherever you begin, we work from where you are.
