Where the off-script life finds its people
Workshops to do the inner work.
Gatherings to find your community.
Most people who go on to work with me 1:1 come to an event first. Not because they planned it that way, but because something it gave them a taste of what it actually feels like to do this work, and they wanted more of it.
Each month I host workshops where we work with real patterns in real time, and community gatherings through The Unbound Table, — a friends-first space for people living off script. Both are run in collaboration with the WeAreX (WAX) app.
Upcoming Events
-

Oxford Meadow Picnic & Punting | 20 June
A relaxed community gathering for people living and relating off-script.
We'll share a picnic in one of Oxford's most beautiful outdoor spaces, then spend the afternoon punting on the river — connection that unfolds naturally, without pressure or performance.
This is a friends-first space for people who enjoy thoughtful conversation and building community beyond the usual scripts. Come for the warmth and the company!
-

London Community Dinner | 3 July | London
An evening around the table with others who've questioned the cookie-cutter script, or quietly torn it up altogether.
Good food, easy conversation, and the kind of company where you don't have to explain yourself.
This is The Unbound Table: a friends-first, platonic community dinner for people exploring life and connection beyond the template.
Our theme for the evening is Living Off Script.

Stop Losing Yourself in Love | 20 July | Virtual
You already know your patterns. You can even sometimes even see yourself doing the very thing you said you wouldn’t.
This workshop is for the moment after awareness — when choosing yourself still feels uncomfortable, risky, or like it might cost you the connection.
We'll work with the how: how to stay with yourself when it would be easier to smooth things over or override what your body already knows. Experiential, practical, and in a small group for depth.
