Liberated Relating

Rewire How You Love in 10 Weeks

For emotionally intelligent women done with people pleasing and shutting down. Ready to feel grounded, self-led & secure in love, sex and intimacy?

You’ve done the therapy. Read the books. Maybe even explored boundaries or nervous system tools. But in the heat of a vulnerable moment…something still hijacks you.

A message goes unanswered. Someone pulls away. Or you wonder if you’re asking for too much…and suddenly, you’re overthinking, performing or shutting down again.

You’re self-aware, but the old patterns still play out.

This is for you if….

  • 🌱 You’ve started to notice the ways you adapt, perform or shrink yourself — saying yes when you mean no, tiptoeing around tension, or twisting to be liked.

  • 🌱 You go quiet, emotionally withdraw or become hyper-independent when things feel too vulnerable or uncertain.

  • 🌱 You’re longing for clarity, confidence and self-worth that isn’t tied to being chosen, validated or pursued.

This programme is shaped by the needs of thoughtful, emotionally intelligent women. Not a top-down formula. Real lives, real longings. It’s time to shift the patterns keeping you stuck and begin relating from your most grounded, secure self.

Liberated Relating is a 10-week group coaching experience for women that blends self-inquiry, emotional depth, community learning and practical tools.

A woman with long dark hair and a bright red long-sleeve top standing in a forest with tall trees and sunlight filtering through the branches.

Are you ready to…

  • Feel rooted in your self-worth — no longer dependent on someone else's attention, affection or approval to feel worthy?

  • Stop looping in your head and finally land in the emotional root of what’s driving your reactions?

  • Build trust with the parts of you that protect, please, perform or pull away, so they no longer run the show?

  • Stay connected to yourself in the heat of a trigger and respond from grounded clarity, instead of spiralling?

  • Turn jealousy, comparison, people-pleasing or shutting down into powerful insight and feel proud of how you show up in love?

The Things We Don’t Say Out Loud

  • "I mess up because I want too much harmony. I avoid discomfort at all costs."

  • "I say I’m fine but deep down I feel hurt and resentful."

  • “I don’t know how to express what I need… even to myself.“

  • “I’m scared I’ll be too much, or not enough, and they’ll leave me.”

  • “I get stuck in comparison or jealousy when I’m not chosen.”

  • "I keep picking people who aren’t emotionally available and I don’t know why."

What shifts when you stop abandoning yourself in relationships…

The quality of your relationships shapes the quality of your life — more than income, status or even health (Harvard’s longest-running study found it’s the strongest predictor of long-term happiness).

Here’s what starts to change when you relate from your centre instead of your survival strategies:

🌱 Develop the inner toolkit you were never taught — boundaries, regulation and real-time self-awareness.

🌱 Get to the emotional root of your patterns — not just the surface triggers, but what’s driving them underneath.

🌱 Understand the parts of you that overgive, shut down or spiral — and relate to them with clarity, not shame.

🌱 Reconnect with your secure, grounded self — so you can build relationships that feel nourishing, not performative.

Your 3-Phase Path to Secure, Self-Led Relationships

  • Meet the parts that take over — like the People Pleaser, the Critic, the Ghoster and the Overgiver.

Build awareness of the unconscious patterns that shape your reactions. This is where you begin assembling your emotional toolkit — naming what’s real and understanding your inner cast of characters.

    • Week 1: Orientation & Naming What’s Real

    • Week 2: Mapping the Inner Cast (Subpersonalities)

    • Week 3: Understanding Protective Patterns & Triggers

  • Rewire your relationship to your inner world. This is where we move beyond just understanding our patterns, and begin changing them. Through practices that help you step back from the parts of you that take over, you’ll gain access to a grounded, centred place within yourself.

This is where your emotional toolkit becomes usable. Building self-trust, clarity and resilience from the inside out.

    • Week 4: Integration Week

    • Week 5: Create Space Between You & Your Patterns (in-person)

    • Week 6: Rewrite Shame Stories & Strengthen Your Inner Centre

  • Live it, speak it and relate from your centre. This phase is where inner work meets outer expression through boundaries, voice, repair and action.

You’ll explore what it means to embody your growth in the messy, beautiful moments of real connection. This is how lasting change becomes lived experience.

    • Week 7: Boundaries as Self-Honour

    • Week 8: Navigating Triggers: Jealousy, Comparison, Fear

    • Week 9: Integration Week

    • Week 10: Celebration & Embodied Integration + Optional in-person drinks.

I’m Nyla, a Certified Psychosynthesis Coach, workshop facilitator and a former leadership programme designer for high-level teams.

For years, I’ve “looked successful” on paper. But in love, I was stuck in cycles of over-functioning, self-abandonment and unmet needs.

I created Liberated Relating because I couldn’t find the kind of emotionally intelligent community space I was craving — so I built it.

Now, I help others do the same: reconnect with who they are underneath the noise, and create secure relationships rooted in clarity, integrity and self-trust.

FAQs

  • This isn’t just theory — it’s integration. Therapy and books help you understand your patterns. This programme helps you shift them, in real-time, through experiential practice and emotional embodiment. It's about learning to act from your centre when it matters most.

  • Totally okay. Life happens. All sessions are recorded and optional 1:1 catch-ups with me are available. You’ll also have 2 integration weeks with no sessions built in. I’ve designed this to fit real life.

  • No. While many people here explore alternative models, this work is about relating more consciously and securely, whatever your relationship structure. What matters is your willingness to grow with curiosity and compassion.

  • Yes. I’m a Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach, which means I work in a holistic, integrative and trauma-informed way.

While I’m not a clinical expert in neurodivergence, I’m neurodivergent-aware (especially around ADHD) and strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

I’m also committed to being queer-affirming and holding space for people of all identities and lived experiences to feel safe, seen and honoured. This work invites curiosity, compassion, and the freedom to show up as your full self - no masking required.

If you have specific access needs or questions about whether this space will feel safe for you, feel free to reach out and we can have a chat.

  • You’ll be invited to go deep — but never pushed. This space is held with care, humour and respect for your pace. I design the sessions to create multiple interaction options and support different learning styles. Most participants describe the experience as “clarifying” and “calming,” even when it’s activating.

  • Absolutely. I understand how important discretion is — especially for professionals or public-facing individuals. The sessions are confidential, the group is intimate and there’s no expectation to share more than feels right. First names only on screen, and cameras optional if needed. We can talk about other needs you may have, but be rest assured that this is a critical design criteria in how I work.

  • Not at all. You’ll be gently introduced to key concepts like subpersonalities and inner dynamics. What matters is your willingness to reflect and try new ways of showing up.

  • Yes. This complements therapeutic work beautifully. It helps you bridge the gap between insight and real-world relating.
